Plan your health with Vital X healthcare plans created just for you! All health plans are designed to meet the requirements of the chronic illness like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Obesity and Weight Management.
You can start using this healthcare app for free. You can add your health records like blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, weight, temperature, BMI (auto-calculated) & Blood Sugar. You can even see how your health records which you’ve entered are trending. You can select the date in the graph and you’ll be able to see the trend of your vital parameters on the daily basis.
Video calling with the doctor is charged as per the fees mentioned by the doctor. You can have a full 10-minute video call with the doctor in one fee. Once you extend the duration over 10 minute, either the call will end automatically, or you will be billed for an additional call as per the fees of the doctor.
After the video teleconsulatation, you may receive the e-prescription from your doctor. This is totally up to the doctor. If the doctor thinks you need a medication, he will send you the e-prescription. Please be aware of the internet speed when you’re going for a video call. If your connection is poor or disrupts, you may be charged with the doctor’s fees. But in case you feel the amount should be refunded, you’ll have to raise the ticket and contact the accounts section at Vital X Health stating your concern. We will confirm your concern with the doctor and make necessary decision.
Once you’ve opted for our health plans, you’ll be connected to a dedicated health coach and a relationship manager to take care of all your health needs. You can have endless chat conversations with your dedicated diet coach who will be responsible for your health goal setting, diet plans and other important health-related information updates. You can address your concern anytime to your customer relationship manager.
